Returns and Commission Withdrawals

Returns Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at our drop shipping e-commerce store. We strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we do have a returns policy in place.
 

Please note that we do not accept returns without good reason. We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective or not as described. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide evidence to support your claim.

It is important that the item is returned within the same week of receiving the item so we can manage returns with any third party wholesaler/retailer/manufacturer involvement with your product.
 

Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the returns process. This may involve contacting our third-party suppliers to arrange for the return of the item. Please note that some third-party suppliers may have their own return policies and this may impact the length of time it takes for your return to be processed.
 

In some cases, returns may take up to 90 days to be processed due to the nature of third-party supplier policies. We appreciate your patience during this time and will keep you informed of the progress of your return.

Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returns process has been completed and the item has been received and inspected. If the item is found to be in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Any shipping costs will be paid by customer in the event of a return. We are a small independent brand and hope that our customer base will be understanding in the event of a return. We will do our very best to ensure customer satisfaction.

Right of commissions withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a commission contract within 31 days period without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 31 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jamie Gregoire, 132 Wennington Road, Southport, United Kingdom, Tel.: +447930449539, Email: admin@watag.co.uk) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of moving forwards with a commission withdrawal
 

If you withdraw from this contract and desire a return, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 31 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are responsible to send back the goods or hand them over to us if possible, without undue delay and in any event not later than 31 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 31 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Digital Downloadable Content is exempt from returns. We do not offer Refunds on Digital Content/Assets.
Discounted goods are not returnable.

Ship to order products/goods are exempt from returns. We do not offer Refunds on ship to order Items. Discounted goods are not returnable.
